| 2. Any material you submit to Mai Asia will NOT be returned, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. |

| 3. Mai Asia works with vendors on the basis of written contracts, only. Vendors who are asked to perform certain tasks, need to provide a cost estimate before they perform the tasks. Only, after Mai Asia issues a PO Number (Purchase Order Number) and contracts have been signed, vendors are authorized to issue invoices. |

| 4. We need original invoices (hard copies) for processing final payment. |

| 5. Cost agreements and orders from our side are only valid if done in writing, with authorized signature and our company chop. |
